With roots in digital media production, Jerry brings a creative lens to instructional design—translating complex ideas into accessible, empowering learning opportunities. His work spans adult education, workforce development, and digital inclusion, always centering learner agency, empathy, and equity.
Jerry has led nationally recognized initiatives, including one of the first multilingual Digital Navigator programs in the U.S., and advises public agencies and nonprofits on building equitable learning ecosystems—from onboarding and upskilling to professional learning and digital access.
Currently completing a doctorate in Educational Technology, Jerry integrates research and real-world practice to help organizations design learning environments where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow.
